MONDAY: Welcome to the new year. Frontsquats for strength. First running workout of the year with some double unders. Engine workout.
TUESDAY: Skill work with Turkish getups. Longer rowing workout to finish.
WEDNESDAY: Classic Bench mark with deadlifts and HSPU. Can you go sun 7mins.
Wednesday: Deadlifts with some core work with side planks. Then a Hero workout called DT. barbell complex at its best.
THURSDAY: Fun bench press then some intervals on the assault bike with toes to bar. Small sprints with a break is the name of the game.
FRIDAY: First Friday therapy of the year. No better way to start it with a bunch of 7min Amrap. Clean and jerks and pull-ups will make an appearance. Maybe a few burpees.
