MONDAY: Intervals with rope climbs and thrusters. How could it be any better.

TUESDAY: Heavy 5’s for the DL in to a a little bit of running with as DB snatch and box jump combo.

WEDNESDAY: OCR take 2.

THURSDAY: Team version of a bench mark. Simple and loads of BW movements.

FRIDAY: DB version of the 12 days of X mas what could it be.
