If you are quick this session will be over in 20 minutes, if you rest between exercises which you are not supposed to it will take longer. Get consistency on the rower, set a target number of meters and hit it each time, if you fail to do so then you should complete an each 30 seconds row at the end of the session. As always make sure you use good technique on all the exercises and a full range of motion.
