Blue Sky**

This session will not take much over 30 minutes. Get the 800m run out of the way to start and then prepare for 5 rounds as fast as possible of the 3 exercises. There is no rest between exercises or between rounds, just keep going. Time yourself and work hard against the clock. Record your time and the next time this session comes around you know what your benchmark is.
