The 5 Best and Worst Workouts

I have done quite a lot of workouts in my life. Some were bad, some were great, some went well, some didn't go well and some were just ones I would never do again. Here are 5 of my best/worst workouts I have ever done or can remember. 1. 10 reps down to 1 rep Overhead squats @ 60kg Wall walks 10 on each, 9 on each all the way down to one on each. I recall doing this in my garage, no music and no talking for sure. I cannot remember how long it took me. Longer than what I thought. 2. 200m type flip with a burpee after each rep 1 mile run with a 20kg back pack 3. 'Turkish Get Up Medley' For time 5 TGU each arm with a 15kg plate 4 each arm with a 20 kg dumbbell 3 each arm with a 25kg sandbag on the shoulder 2 each arm with a 32kg kettle bell 1 each arm with a 40kg barbell Then go 1 back up to 5 again, so you'll finish on the plate. The idea is to start light and go heavier as you move to the 1 per arm, trying to change equipment as you go. 4. 25 m sled push at body weight 10 sandbag to shoulder at 40kgs Once again on paper this looks quite cool, but it wasn't at all. 5. Has to be equal between these 2 16.5 21,18,15,12,9,6,3 Thrusters Burpees OR 15.5 27,21,15,9 Row for cals Thrusters That is all for now.     By: Matt Jones, InnerFight Performance Coach
