500 Club

It looks like a lot of reps so break it down in your mind and it will be easier.The squats are without weight.Test yourself in the lunges by holding a weight overhead. If you don’t have double unders yet then do your regular skips but pump out 500 of them. Easy!! For time: 100 burpees 100 squats 100 push ups 100 lunges 100 double unders* *If you are not at double unders yet do 500 regular skips
