Focus on technique and not speed, do each of your Deadlifts with perfect form all the way through this training for maximum effect. If you get to the end and feel you have more to give then go back to 10 reps and 20 so you form the pyramid. Make sure you increase the weight on the Deadlifts as the reps come down and vice versa if you go back up to 20 reps
