Heidi's expertise is in coaching and helping women take action and achieve their goals, pushing clients to open up, lean into curiosity and find out what is possible. She delves into self-leadership, vision and goals, career pivoting, self-compassion, and cultivating a positive mindset. 

Heidi has been running her coaching practice since 2016. She is a mum of a toddler; runs ultra marathons and is just months away from turning 40! In addition she is a Lululemon Ambassador in Dubai and the first run ambassador for the Middle East region.
