hey guys,
whilst away i met a trainer called Denzil, he showed me a few tricks, can you incorparate these into a circuit please as i feel they will really help increase our power:
Power Shrugs (Olympic bar)
Power Push press
Jumping Press ups
Power cleans
Power lunge with alternate arm dumbbell military press
Do 6 of everything then increase the weights and do 4 of everything then increase them again and do 2 of everything the same bar and weights should be used for each exercise and then just added to (apart from dumbbell exercise)
Obviously cant increase weights on the press ups unless you want to eat in between sets but when increasing the weights we should be at a stage where we can only just do the last rep and shouldn’t be able to do any more
