Hi there,
If you go to the Photo tab and scroll down the letter T you and click on Tricep Plate Extention you will get a full image and view of the exercise.
FYI it is a great exercise that really burns your triceps - make sure you keep your elbows tight to your ears, put a little bend in your knewws to reduce the load on your lower back. Make sure each repetition is controlled and squeezed out at the top of the extention.
