Ok, so I'm a girl's blouse because I can't manage a pullup....and I know that I should probably harden the fuck up but...
Can someone suggest something that I could do instead to work up to doing them?
This is my second week of doing innerfight and I'm really enjoying it, but I can't seem to figure out how to build into doing pullups, wide arm or otherwise.
