Hi Mike,

Thats what one of the guys I was training with called it the first time we did it.

A tip, on the squats and leg extension you have to go as heavy as you can whilst maintaining good form. i.e. breaking 90 on the squats and also reaching full extension on the leg extension. This will put your legs under increased strain and make the following exercises harder for you hence getting better results.

You'll never walk alone should be call you'll never walk again!!!!  At least for several days!!  Awesome workout painful but worth every second.  Legs where pumped!!
