seeing as im pretty much stuck in a gym all day and theres a few hours in the day when i dont have clients ive been writing some random workouts by taking some insipration from innerfight, gym jones and crossfit. hope you like them.
wide arm pull ups x 15
hang cleans x12
supine row till fail
20 bear crawls (16kgs dumbells in each hand)
250 meter row
3 sets 2 min rest

Burpee to bench hop x10
bosu alternate press ups x 15
Heavy Squat x 10
hand step ups x12 (on high bench)
dips till fail
1 minuet rest or no rest if your feelin 'ard 3 sets

Turkish get ups x 10 each arm (choose your weight but make sure u finish)
Man makers x10 (see manmaker workout in forum)
BB 30 sec row
3 min rest
