The program serves up 3 run speciﬁc strength and core sessions a week to ensure you RUN STRONG.
Designed by Marcus Smith and Tom Walker. Marcus ran 30 marathons in 30 days and along with Tom are both proven runners, ultra runners and elite level strength coaches.

About the program….
What do you need? You will need access to a basic gym in order to carry out the sessions of the program.
How long is the program? Each program is 4 weeks long and each month is progressive. Therefore everyone should start at month 1 and progress from there.
How long is a session? Each session is designed to be completed in 45mins to 1 hour max.
How many sessions are there? There are 3 sessions a week.
What are the exercises? We use a variety of exercises which are all linked from the PDF to youtube demos
How long should I stay on the program? This is largely dependent on your running goals but we advise that you continue to run a strength program to boost your running the year round
What are the prerequisites? You will need access to a basic gym in order to carry out the sessions of the program.
