The RZ 90 program takes all the main benefits of the competitors program and compacts them in to a 90 minute training session. This is aimed at athletes that may have a busy lifestyle, but still want to improve in all areas of fitness and compete at local/open level competitions.
The class program still uses the same strength/cardio split as the competitors and is based around being in peak shape for the Open. However, one of the main principles of the Red Zone program is that you need to be fit all year round, so this is still a perfect program to follow and compete at any time of the year.
