The aim of the RZ60 program is to DEVELOP talent and skills in new or inexperienced fitness competitors. The program is ideal for those that have progressed from their typical class workouts and are looking for a basic competitors program to work with.
The problem for most ‘athletes’ looking to compete is that they jump straight form a ‘regular class workout’ to a competitors program that is too advanced for them, which often overlooks the development of basic skills that need to be mastered before moving to the more advanced.
If you are an athlete that wants to compete, but you are still chasing skills such as double unders, kipping/butterfly gymnastic movements, weightlifting technique and building your ‘engine' then RZ60 is the program for you.
The progression from RZ60 is to advance to the RZ90 program.
