It’s been a while since we have done a listener Q&A and looking back over the number of questions that people send through to us on various platforms it only made sense to make this weeks show a listener Q&A. We also go through a number of updates at the gym as we have various events going on, new coaches making it happen and classes that you should know about.
A number of the questions in this show are around motivation. There is a common theme that people’s motivation comes and goes, people seem to get “bored” of the gym and working out. It doesn’t need to be that way and in this show we explain why, what you can do to stay motivated and to not get “bored!” We also tackle the question of figuring out what you want to do for the rest of your life by addressing different time frames that you should be thinking about but also being a little bit flexible and open minded to change and not pigeon holing yourself too much.
