No matter if you are indoor or outdoor training this summer you are going to want to up your game when it comes to nutrition, not only for your performance on the day but also to ensure you recover like a champion. The heat does strange things to our bodies that we chat about in this show and if we fail to manage these it can have a seriously negative impact on our training.
