Class programming approach
In order to measure progress we undergo a testing week every 12 weeks which is highly important for not only the members but for the coaches who work on the program so that we can analyze progress and program accordingly.
Crossfit has traditionally been “constantly varied” however in our programming for strength we take a more structured approach and put this approach to the test every 12 weeks. In this episode we talk in great detail about how we do things.
