The speakers for InnerTalks are below:
MATT JONES:

Matt is one of our resident coaches at Innerfight. He has actively competed in crossfit for four years, making the regionals three times, both in the Australasia and Asia regions. He has participated in the individual events twice and in 2014 as a part of the 2nd placed InnerFight team in Asia. He played representative rugby for Auckland, competing against some of the best in New Zealand and was an active member of Ponsonby Rugby Club for a number of years. As a junior Matt was involved with tennis at a high level, representing Auckland multiple times in international tournaments. Now living in Dubai, Matt realises that sometimes the most direct path to what you think you want is not always the best option. However, fitness is international and he believes if you include it as a part of your everyday life you can almost guarantee happiness.
ANDY JOSEPH
Andy is from the UK, has been based in Dubai UAE for the last 10 years and currently a Master Trainer for RealRyder® in the Middle East. He is an ex British Military Physical Training Instructor and draws from over 27 years experience in the Fitness Industry. Andy is extensively involved in teaching various disciplines such as Bootcamps, HIIT, and Kick boxing & Boxercise circuits as well as being a qualified Personal Trainer. And has over four years experience on Real Ryder “unstationary” bikes. He is also recognized as being one of the leading and most inspiring indoor cycling instructors / presenters in the region.
 
ZAHIRAH VARIAWA
 Zahirah is the managing director of Think Liquorice – a brand management agency in Dubai. She has acquired global experience in brand management and communications having worked in various markets including Africa, the Middle East and Australia. Parallel to her career in marketing and brand management, Zahirah has built a portfolio of public speaking and presenting on television, radio and events. She was the presenter of South Africa’s leading lifestyle and travel show, Top Billing and Top Travel. After moving to the UAE she chose to focus on working towards building her own company, but still took on work as an event host, MC and on freelance presenting.
TOM WOOLF
Tom is an entrepreneur and former professional athlete. His pioneering approach to frontier markets and technology has seen him build successful businesses in the UK, Middle East & Africa.
Tom’s commercial grounding was delivering innovative solutions for some of the UK’s leading banks as part of Accenture’s Financial Services strategy team in London with career highlights being his work with the World Economic Forum and Islamic Finance ecosystem development.
In 2011, Tom launched JustGiving ( www.justgiving.com ) the world’s largest fundraising platform for charities across the Middle East and Africa. In 2015 Tom will launch EdAid.com a crowd funding platform for students to finance their higher education, interest free.  EdAid’s sole mandate is to reduce the cost of higher education, whilst increasing access to university and the quality of graduates leaving the system.
In his spare time, for fun, Tom remains a ferociously competitive athlete and is Head Coach for Nike in the Middle East.​
IAN  HOUGHTON
Ian is the founder of SHP and in charge of the development of the SHP System. He holds a Dr. of Naprapathy degree from the Scandinavian College of Manual Medicine in Stockholm and numerous licenses and certifications within the field of strength and conditioning.
Ian is a head teacher at the Academy for Personal Training and lecturer for Nike Sweden. He has vast experience from professional athletes and organizations and has worked as a medical team assistant for Chelsea FC and Leeds United.  Furthermore, he is also the creator of the iPhone application “iCommit”
