Introducing the Fundamentals class – our new 3-week program consisting of 6 classes, which will take you through the “fundamentals” of the Crossfit movements to ensure you are moving correctly before continuing your fitness journey. Each program starts on the first Sunday of the month. Each program will be run by one coach so they can effectively assess your fundamental skills.
So what is Fundamentals?
Fundamentals is a program that has been created to build confidence in working out. Focusing on basic CrossFit movement patterns and techniques, the classes will introduce “fundamental” movements to improve on your basic movement skills and introduce you to the Crossfit language.
Our coaches will ensure you have mastered the “fundamental” movements in order to properly prepare you for our mainline classes, and ensure complete safety and peace of mind.
Fundamentals will make fitness, working out and getting better at life, fun!
Is Fundamentals for me?
The program is ideal if you have had limited or no exposure to functional strength and conditioning in the past, as well as if you’re getting into fitness for the first time or after a long break. Similarly, it’s perfect if you’re starting Crossfit and need to know the basic movements before joining the main line classes. It is also ideal for those of you who have been to our Base Fitness classes but need a more focused assessment of your movement skills.
What can I expect?
This program looks at the fundamentals of movement to prepare you for strength and conditioning. It is based on our Road Map To Awesome approach to physical movement. We’ll first ensure you are able to move efficiently through common core exercise movements, and ensure you are moving correctly through the program.

How many people will be in the class?
In order to ensure safety and enjoyment, this class is limited to 12 people.
Is the class age limited?
No. Just check with our team for any clarifications.
Is the class for males and females?
Of course, both are more than welcome.
When does it take place and how long is it?
We will be offering two 1hour classes per week. These will take place on the following days:
- Sunday and Tuesday: 6.30pm

1st floor at InnerFight HQ.
What are the cost of the classes?
These are the options available:
- 750aed for 6 classes (to be paid after completion of first FREE class)
- Should you be unable to make 1 of the classes please let the coach or reception know and we will accommodate you
