1000 Burpees challenge!

Love them? Hate them? Well they’re here to stay so you may as well get involved with our newest challenge! Throughout January we are inviting all our members to attempt 1000 burpees so get your InnerFight mates together and come in anytime in the month to test your physical and mental strength.
Anyone who completes the challenge will receive:

- Nuzest Good Green Stuff sample sachet
- Co-branded t-shirt
- Name on the Hall of Fame

Bring a Friend!
They’ve seen the progress, they’ve heard the hype, now it’s time for them to experience it themselves. Introducing the first BRING A FRIEND event! Join us on Friday, January 5th at 9am for a partner workout which allows our members to bring a non-member for a special workout. Expect a challenging workout that’s still suitable for all levels
So, grab your friend, colleague or family member and show them what all the fuss is about!

Introducing InnerFight’s FIRST “Play with your Fitness” event, as we take you out of the gym to experience something new each month.
Kicking off this month we have YOGA ON THE BEACH led by yoga teacher Melanie Swan.
Where: Kite Beach
Who: Members (and friends/family) of all abilities
Followed by breakfast/coffee at LaOla

Be a HERO during the week of Feb 4th as we program all the classes with a HERO workout.
Expect some intense workouts, intended to be performed with intense effort, in honor of our fallen Heroes.
