Anna is from a small town in New Zealand, where her love for triathlon, the outdoors and endurance sports initially started. Her first passion was cycling in which she participated in long distance events. After a few years, Anna needed a new challenge and the NZ Ironman inspired her to attempt a triathlon. At the time, she vowed to never complete an Ironman herself, but after finishing her first triathlon she was hooked and signed up to complete an Ironman a year later.
From her own example, Anna believes that anyone can achieve whatever dreams or goals they have in mind, the only constant, being that they must commit to the journey and put in the time and energy required. Endurance sports require consistency, but without a doubt if you put in the time and effort the rewards will follow.
“Having spent the last 10 years working as a Physiotherapist, I am excited to now work with people on the other side of sports, people who are motivated to pursue an active and healthy lifestyle, and to guide them towards achieving their goals, be it anything from a 5km run through to a full day endurance event.”
