A. Back squat: Lift every 2 minutes: 4,6,6,8,10. We are trying to set a 10 rep max on the last lift

B. Alternating minutes for 15:
1. 10 strict push ups. If 10 is too easy add load.
2. 30 seconds pull up hanging hold
3. 30 seconds hollow hold.

Conditioning:
Death by clean and jerk. Minute 1, 1 rep, minute 2, 2 reps etc until you can not complete the reps in the time. 60/40
