Daily workout 28-07-15

Strength:
15 minute slow AMRAP
6 (3 each side) reverse barbell lunge
After each set of lunges:
B- 20 push ups
W- 12 push up
G- 8 push ups
All push ups to be strict.

Conditioning:
In 20 minutes:
Run 800m
Then complete 4 rounds of:
4 box jumps
8 alternating lunges with KB
12 KB swings
AMRAP burpees in remaining time.
