4 x 8 Reps with 1 sec pause at top (try to build from last week if remember)
Conditioning
For time (15 min time cap)

First round you do 5 STOH and 10 wall balls

Second round you do 10 STOH and 20 wall balls

 

Finisher

3 x Sets for Quality
  • 10 PVC Pass Throughs
  • 10 Prone Angels
  • 5 Cobra into Downward Dog
