  • 0-5 Mins: Run 400 Meters each in relay style
  • 5-10 Mins: 60 Burpee Box Jumps
  • 10-15 Mins: Run 400 Meters each in relay style
  • 15-20 Mins: 70 DB Front Squats
  • 20-25 Mins: Run 400 Meters each in relay style
  • 30-35 Mins: 80 C2b/reg/feet elevated on bench
  • 35-40 Mins: Run 400 Meters each in relay style
