  1. 22/4/144 sets of 10 reps deadlift at a challenging weight with max effort strict toe to bar between sets. Rest 2 minutes.
  2. 3 mins to run 200m, then max double unders in remaining time.
    Rest 2 mins
    3 minus to run 200m, then max burpees in remainder time
    Rest 2 mins
    Repeat 2 rounds.
  3. Hollow rocks 10 seconds on 10 seconds rest for 5 mins total
