(try to work the clock on the tempo, or get your training buddy to count the seconds)
  • Tempo Back Squats
Conditioning
10 Rounds for Time
  • 10 Back Squats
  • 100 Meter Sprint
  • Rest 30 sec

Note: Each round of this is a sprint, reduce the load on the squat so you can complete each set unbroken and still run hard.
