Gymnastic circuit:
Every 2:30 mins complete 21 strict push ups, 15 kipping pull ups, 9 kipping T2B
Or
21 strict knee push ups, 15 body rows, 9 knees to elbow
x 5 rounds

Conditioning
Every 4 minutes row 45 seconds for max distance. 6 rounds!
At minute 2 hold plank for 1 minute.
