Strength:

EMOM 20 minutes: 40 seconds work, 20 seconds transition

  1. Strict push ups (White / Grey) Ring push ups (Black)
  2. GHD sit up
  3. Pull ups (Black C2B)
  4. Dips: Ring for black and white, bar dips for grey
  5. Double unders

 

Conditioning:

12 minute AMRAP:

6 box jump over

9 S2OH

12 sit ups

Black: Box 30/24 S2OH 60/40

White: Box 24/20 S2OH 50/35

Grey: Box 20/20 (Can step up) S2OH 30/25
