Alternating EMOM x 12 mins of:
  • 8 Double Kettlebell Z-Press (pause top+bottom)
  • 3-5 Ring or Bar muscle ups white chest to bar / regular 10 kipping bar swings
  • 20 Shoulder taps (be strict)
Conditioning: (16 mins)
8 intervals on each, no rest between stations
  • Tabata Single Arm Dumbell Push Presses
  • Tabata Goblet Walking Lunges
  • Tabata Push Ups
  • Tabata Dumbell Snatch
