  • 2 Hang Power Snatch + 1 OH squat

Conditioning

Go Every 4 Mins x 5 Rounds

  • 4 Touch and Go Power Snatch
  • 8 Pull-Ups/ Jumping or Ring Rows
  • 200 Meter Sprint

Try to increase load a bit each set.
