  • 4 Snatch grip behind the neck push press Straight into 4 overhead squats 22×1 tempo for squats.
Then
 3 Reps EMOM x 8 Mins
  • Back Squats
Tempo 10X1 keep around 60% of 1 RM
 
 
Conditioning
Power intervals
Every 3:30 Mins x 5 Rounds
  • 6 Hang Power Snatch (unbroken)
  • 8 Fast Burpees with a High Jump
  • 15 Sec Max effort on Bike
