1. Alternate minutes for 12 minutes. Odd minute 4 back squat with 3 second pause at the bottom @60% of your 1 rep max. Even minutes 30-45 seconds plank.

2. Alternate minutes for 12 minutes: Odd minute 6 Bulgarian split squats each leg. Even minutes 30-45 seconds hollow rocks.

3.  Run 1km.
