Strength

Lift every 2 mins try to build on each set.

Keep positions good for the OH squats ; Try to go heavy on the back squats

  • Overhead Squats 4 x4 reps
  • Back squats 4 x 2 reps (20X1)

Conditioning
AMRAP 15 Mins of:
(6-7 rounds here)

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans
  • 20 Toes to bar/ Knee raises
