5 Reps Every 2 Mins x 4 Sets
  • Clean Grip Deadlift Touch and Go

(Double over hand grip, no hook grip)

Then
5 Reps Go every 90 Sec x 4 Sets (31X1)
  • Sumo Deadlifts

 

Conditioning
Alternating EMOM x 20 Mins
5 Rounds
  • 5-8 Handstand Push Ups
  • 30 Second L- Sit or Knee Tuck Hold
  • 4 DB Deadlifts + 4 HPC + 4 Alt Lunge
  • 40 Sec hard effort on Bike or Ski 85-90% effort
