  • Tall kneeling alternating DB press x 12 reps (6 per arm)
  • Banded Reverse Flys x 15 reps
Superset EMOM x 10
  • Tall kneeling banded Woodchopper x 6 each side
  • Strict Push Ups x 10-15 reps
Core Finisher
  • 60 seconds: Plank walk ups
  • 45 seconds: Side Plank with rotation
  • 45 seconds: Side Plank with rotation
  • Rest 60 seconds
