  • 30/20 Calorie Row
Rest 2 mins
In 5 mins complete
  • 400 Meter Run
Then…
  • 6 Rope Climbs (Scale to 3 reps or 6 lying to standing)

(If you finish the run + the reps in the 5 mins complete as many hollow rocks as possible in the time remaining.)
