Strength
Front squat
7 x 3 reps @ 85%
every 90 seconds

Conditioning
Partners- In a 20 mins
Complete 200 wall balls
then amrap:
3 box jumps
6 HRPU
9 sit ups

There are to be no drops during the wall ball, if a pair drop the ball then they will have to complete a 1km run with the ball at the end of the 20 minute cap.
