- Spend 15 miuntes on overhead squat work and mobility. If your overhead squat is strong work up to a 1rm in 8 minutes and then do 2 @80% on the minute for 6 minutes.
- 3 bench press @ 75% – staight in to max effort T2B staright In to max effort double unders- 90 seconds rest between rounds, complete 4 rounds
- Double tabata- alternate between hollow and arch holds
