Grey- 10 rep @ barbell +
White – 10 reps @ 50%
Black – 10 reps @ 60%
10-15 reps
Alternate between movement every 90 seconds x 5 sets of each
Conditioning
 
4 minutes on : 2 minutes off
x 3 rounds
