Strength
Alternating every 90 seconds
  • Close Grip Bench Press 5 x 10 reps
  • Barbell Pendlay Rows 5 x 10 reps
Conditioning
AMRAP  17 Mins : After each movement complete 10 Burpees.
  • 50 Cal Row
  • 40 Toes to Bar
  • 30 Deadlifts
  • 20 HSPU or Pike Presses
  • 10 Thrusters
