15 Minutes to find 1 RM
 
(Start with 5 x on each arm, then 4 x on each arm, 3 x on each arm, 2 x on each arm, 1 x on each arm)

 

Conditioning
AMRAP 20 Minutes:
  • Max Dead Hang Hold
(Everytime you drop = 15 Burpees and 200 Meter Run)
 
Finisher
3 Rounds:
  • 10 Shoulder Wall Slides
  • 20 Band Pull Aparts
 
Stretch 
30-60 Seconds per arm
  • Forearm Stretch
