Strength:
6 back squat into:
Black – 400m run
White – 200m run
Grey – 100m run
1 round every 4 minutes

Conditioning:
Alternating minutes for 12 minutes
1. 20 kettlebell Russian twists
2. 15,10,5 strict push ups
