Every 90 sec : 8,8,6,6 try to add a bit of weight each set (pause at top, lower with control)
  • Behind the neck Push Press
Every 2 mins : 10 reps (5 each leg)
  • Cossack squats
 
Conditioning
4 Rounds for Time
  • 500/400 Meter Row
  • 10 Burpees
  • 12 Toes to Bar
  • 15 Box Jumps
