Black – 2 reps @ 80-90%
White – 6 reps @ 60-70%
Grey – 10 reps @ barbell +
6 sets, lift every 2 minutes
Conditioning:
 
50 cal AB test
Finisher:
 
Accumlate 3 minutes of an L-sit progression (8 min cap)
Black – Paralette L-sit
White – Hanging L-sit
Grey – Hanging knee raise
